Mr. Dhruv Khaitan - Founder and Chairman
Mr. Dhruv Khaitan holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from MIT and a Master's degree in Computer Science from University of California , Berkeley .

Mr. Dhruv Khaitan has largely been involved in the creation of high technology businesses, which required pioneering efforts, to bring in new concepts and technologies.His first venture was to create a business in industrial automation for process and manufacturing industries. After inducting equity from Rockwell USA , a Fortune 500 company in the US , Mr. Khaitan divested his stake in a strategic entrepreneurial exit.

Thereafter, Mr. Khaitan founded Venture Infotek along with Mr. Piyush Khaitan, and with investment from leading private equity firms. Mr. Khaitan's main role is to oversee the strategic direction of the company as it embarks on a path of rapid growth in the booming Indian economy.

Mr. Piyush Khaitan - Founder, Vice Chairman and Managing Director
Mr. Piyush Khaitan has considerable experience and knowledge in Consumer Payment Systems, Information Technology, Transaction Automation and Processing. He has interacted closely with Banks in the payment card industry at all levels, international card associations like Visa, MasterCard and American Express.Piyush Khaitan is an Honours graduate in Commerce from the Bombay University , and an alumnus of the Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Ahmedabad SMEP programme. He has also been actively involved in discussions with The Reserve Bank of India (RBI) and The Indian Banks` Association (IBA), the bodies engaged in framing policies with respect to issues relating to the payment card industry.

Mr. Piyush Khaitan is an Honours graduate in Commerce from the Bombay University , and an alumnus of the Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Ahmedabad SMEP programme.

Mr. B. Ravi Kumar - Sr. Vice President – Finance & Corporate Affairs
Mr. B. Ravi Kumar joined Venture Infotek in 2000 as Vice President – Finance and Administration. He has over 27 years of experience.

Prior to Venture Infotek , Mr. Ravi Kumar was associated with Indian Overseas Bank, Hindustan Aeronautics Ltd. and Sunflag Group.

Mr. Ravi Kumar has completed his MSc, AICWA, and ACS.

Mr. R. M. Bondre - Sr. Vice President & Chief Information Officer
Mr. R. M. Bondre joined Venture Infotek in 2002 as Vice President - Information Systems. He has over 17 years of experience in all facets of Information Technology covering areas like Project Management, Software Systems Design/Implementation/Support, Network Design/Implementation/Management, ERP implementation etc.

Prior to Venture Infotek , Mr. Bondre was associated with Coca-Cola India, Agrima Consultants Ltd. and The Associated Cement Cos (ACC) Ltd.

Mr. Bondre has completed his M.Sc. (Statistics) from Mumbai University.

Mr. Sudip Kumar – Executive Vice President – Transaction Processing
Mr. Sudip Kumar heads the Sales & Marketing team for the Transaction Processing Business. He brings with him more than 16 years of experience in Sales and Business Development of various industry verticals like Banking, Financial Services & Insurance(BFSI), retail, media & hospitality, Manufacturing, IT/ITES vertical.

His last assignment was with TATA Communications Ltd as Business Head – Industry Verticals Business.There he was responsible for sales, product and business development for various industry verticals including BFSI. Before Tata, he was associated with companies like Securities Exchange Board of India (SEBI), National Tree Growers Cooperative Federation (NTGCF/NDDB).

An economics graduate , Sudip has done his PGDBA in (Marketing & Finance), PGDFM (Marketing) and is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).

Mr. Anurag Jain – Vice President – Merchant Business (NeoWorth)
Mr. Anurag Jain joined Venture Infotek in 2007 as Vice President – Sales. He has over 14 years of experience in Sales and Business Development.

Prior to Venture Infotek , Mr. Jain was associated with Pan India Network Pvt. Ltd., Zee Interactive Multimedia Ltd., TNT Express Worldwide Pvt. Ltd., and Tata Press Yellow Pages.

Mr. Jain has a Master's Degree in Business Administration.

Mr. Pravin Kabra – Vice President -Operations and Systems & Networks
Mr. Pravin Kabra joined Venture Infotek in 2004 as Assistant Vice President - Quality & Operations Excellence. He has over 10 years of experience in Quality Assurance.

Prior to Venture Infotek , Mr. Kabra was associated with M&M Ltd. and Bajaj Tempo Ltd.

Mr. Kabra has done his B.E. (Mechanical) from Marathwada University.

Mr. P. Ravindra - General Manager - Risk & Compliance
Mr. P. Ravindra joined Venture Infotek in 2005 as General Manager- Business Development & Payment Practice. He has over 30 years of experience.

Prior to Venture Infotek, Mr. Ravindra was associated with Syndicate Bank Ltd. & Sandoz India Ltd.

Mr. Ravindra has completed his B.Sc., M.Sc., CAIIB and PGDFM.

Mr. R. S. Venkatesh – General Manager - Finance & Accounts
Mr. R. S. Venkatesh joined Venture Infotek in 2002 as Manager-Regional Accounts. He has over 10 years of experience.

Prior to Venture Infotek , Mr. Venkatesh was associated with Podar Texchem Ltd. and Shaw Wallace Distelleries Ltd.

Mr. Venkatesh is a B.Com, ICWAI , CA & Cost accountant.

Mr. Alok Singh – DGM – Cards & Fulfillment (DEI)
Mr. Alok Singh joined DEI in 1997 and since then been working on various technologies related to card personalization and smart cards. He has over 10 years of experience.

Mr. Singh has been trained at CIM – Italy and Matica – Italy for operation and maintenance of card personalization machines. Mr. Singh is presently involved in all technology aspects related to card products and processes and heads the Card Personalization Bureau.

Mr. Yogesh Nakhwa - DGM- Quality
Mr. Yogesh Nakhwa joined Venture Infotek in 2008. An ASQ certified Six Sigma Black Belt; he has a total of 11 years of Industry experience.

Mr. Nakhwa was associated with Six Sigma Alchemy Pvt. Ltd. as a Partner & SBU Head and has also worked with Godrej & Boyce.

Mr. Nakhwa has done his BE in Production and has also completed his Masters in Marketing Management.

Mr. Vijay Mahajan – Human Resources Advisor
Mr. Vijay Mahajan is a Human Resource consultant and undertakes integrated projects for setting up HR function in large organizations. He was earlier a founder member of Hunt Partner, a CXO level search company. Mr. Mahajan was earlier Head of Group Corporate HR of AFL. Mr. Mahajan is a specialist in HR Systems, Assessment & Selection, Compensation Planning and Organizational Restructuring. He has worked for engineering giants, such as Escorts and Larsen & Toubro.
