Insight is the Business Management System for acquiring portfolio. It's a web based online system available over the Internet with ASP front end and data management in Oracle. The system has been hosted taking into consideration all the security requirements like SSL, Internet firewall, DMZ, IPS and firewall between Web server and database server.

Insight can be primarily classified into:

Merchant Management:
This module primarily deals with the Merchant set-ups which include capturing information like the Merchant Address, Billing Address, Mailing Address, Key Contacts, Expected Business volume etc.

Asset Management:
This module deals with the management of Assets (Terminals and the related accessories) right from purchase till write-off. The complete life-cycle of a terminal is captured. Using data captured in these modules allows analyzing as to which terminal models are having the maximum productive life span or which terminals are prone to frequent repairs. Similarly Repair Vendor analyzing can also be done to evaluate which Vendors are able to match the SLA’S defined for repairing. This is an exhaustive module which tracks each and every change happening to an Asset once it’s becomes live. Information like Terminal Application Version etc. is also available which can be of great help when activities like Terminal Application Version upgrade are to be planned.

Support Management:
This is the CRM functionality of Insight wherein all complaints received from Merchants or on behalf of Merchants are logged. DOCKET numbers are generated for each complaint. Empowers to predict what kind of complaints can be expected from a particular terminal model or from a particular category of merchants (like petroleum merchants).

Reports - Basically has two modes:

  • Auto mail – Auto emailing of pre selected reports
  • Online generation – Enables to generate the various reports online
