 Scope of Services

•  Merchant Sign-up

This activity involves ensuring merchant establishments accept all types of cards issued either by Visa International, MasterCard International or American Express and its related corporations, which include its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates or their respective licensees or strategic alliance partners.

•  Merchant Set-up

  • Training merchant establishments on card acceptance procedures
  • Communicating to the merchant establishments - the acquiring bank value story, in-line with the script as provided by the bank
  • Enrolling merchants into various loyalty programs as determined from time-to-time by the bank

•  Merchant Activation

  • Activating merchants as per the definition of “Active Merchant” mutually defined.
  • Launching and implementing any “Merchant Activation Program” designed by the bank from time-to-time

Activation of merchants will form a core responsibility of the service provider along with Merchant Signing & Merchant Set-up.
